Ebenezer has this habit. Nearly all the time, if you bend forward slightly near him (and every once in a while when you are standing straight) he will climb on to your back, shoulders, or head. It is kind of cute and funny and has gotten to be a bit of a morning routine with him and Kim.
Just a short while ago, I was doing some basic yoga stretching. Specifically, I was doing the cat pose–on your hands and knees, arching your back up like a Halloween cat, then arching it the other direction, concave. Of course, Ebenezer found this to be the perfect time for a piggyback ride.
It sort of reminds me of that NPR story earlier in the year about a place in New York that lets you take yoga with your dog. Cat pose with your cat, Downward Dog with your dog.
