It is done in a sort of weird way: the killer says “huh, that's a funny place for a canoe,” motioning behind the victim, who turns his head, and *blam* — a bullet in the back of the head.
Today, while near a climbing store that recently closed, Kim pointed and said, “ooh, look! Canoes!” At this point, I got cold shivers up and down my spine. It turned out the store had (temporarily?) reopened and was having some kind of sidewalk sale… with kayaks out front.
