AT PRESENT, I AM QUITE UNHAPPY WITH MY APPLECARE SERVICE AND AM CONSIDERING JUST BUYING A NEW LAPTOP AND SELLING THE OLD ONE ON EBAY IF/WHEN IT RETURNS.
C'mon, guys, a laptop part should not be backordered for three weeks. It is great that you “escalated” my case number, whatever that means — which I am going to guess means jack squat. Being without a main computer for over a month really quite sucks. At the month mark, you should consider giving the customer a new machine or at least temporarily giving them a loaner.
