Grace Hopper on David Letterman [video]

Lady Ada linked to this great video clip of 80-year-old Rear Admiral Grace Hopper on David Letterman. She’s a spunky old lady!

In case you’re unfamiliar with her work, Grace Hopper was one of the first programmers on one of the first electronic computers. The developed the first compiler and coined the term “debugging.” (Computers used vacuum tubes that glowed like dim lightbulbs and attracted moths, which sometimes got stuck in relays.)
