Apparently, MSN City Guides (never heard of or used it before) has declared a Portland bar, Pi-rem, as being the #3 best new bar of 2006. They also rank Portland’s top 10 new bars. Maybe I’m just out of the loop, but I cannot say that I have heard of many…. errrr, any… of these bars.
