
It seems that I just cannot get away from lunchtime conversations about human remains this week. Overheard from the table of dental nurses was a story about a doctor (dentist?) who had a human head in the freezer for some sort of legitimate study purpose. One night, the building cleaners illegally rifled through his stuff, found it, called the police, who then hauled him in. The whole thing was sorted out and the cleaners were fired.
There are perfectly legitimate reasons for having a severed human head in your freezer, it would seem. Whoda-thunk?
