Anger at Amazon

I think it is time for me to get angry. The camera I ordered on the 31st, according to Amazon, was shipped on the 1st using next-day shipping. The tracking number they gave me is almost completely useless, with UPS giving the status as “Billing Information Received: UPS has received shipper’s billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.” This means that UPS may or may not have picked up the package from Amazon. Contacting Amazon through the little online email form has not gotten my any response — not even an automated form email saying “thanks, you are a valuable customer. We got your information and are looking into it.” At this point, I have no idea who to even get angry at. Amazon says they shipped it, yet two days later, it is not here. UPS says they’ve billed it, but do not have any arrival/departure or delivery tracking information. At this point, it is probably in the Amazon mail room, billed but not picked up by UPS, being used to prop up the the leg of a wobbly table.
