It is amazing how much storage space (and media types) change over the years. I still remember when I was jazzed to get a 10 meg hard drive. I still remember when a Microsoft Word document could fit on a floppy disk. Heck, I remember 5.25-inch “floppy” disks and software stored on cassette tape (and even barely remember the 8-inch floppies). Nowadays, my jacket contains both a 100 meg cartridge (in a camera) and a 10 gig hard drive (in the form of an MP3 player/external drive), and my belt holds (in the form of an an attached organizer/cellphone) more computing power, memory, and storage space than my first few computers combined.
