Supposedly something happened (or did not happen) in WWII Germany. This event I think had something to do with the holocaust, but I do not know any more specifics. This event that may or may not have happened caused the world to split into two different timelines (like a quantum wavefunction that has not yet collapsed). One timeline was very similar to today. The other had a very 1984 spin to things. There was a Big Brother figure, only he was just called “Brother” and either looked like or was Harrison Ford. There were people with crazy looking coke-bottle glasses that monitored everything that anyone said or did. The same people existed in the two different timelines, but had vastly different personalities. That is about all I can really remember, though.
