
I did all sorts of fun stuff at work today, including:
- Trying to install Java on SunOS 4.1.3
- Installing Samba on SunOS 5.7
- Performing multiple root operations from telnet windows
- added “+ username” to ~/.rhosts
- Used public NFS shares to temporarily copy secure files (files that only the root user should see)
- Hacked together a wacky script to run FoxPro, shell to a local script, which rsh’es to another box, to run Java, then copies the output to a public Novell shared mounted under NFS
- Ummm….yeahhhh…
