Admittedly, the article I linked to has a few typos and probably isn’t the definitive truth of the matter, but it looks like the general consensus agrees with that article to some extent.
The coffee that kept me charged up through last night’s 21 competing bellydancers also kept me up until 1am and today I feel it. 6:45 comes awful early, even when you hit the snooze button for 45 minutes.
