Waterfront Tram Thinger

Does anyone have any info about the tram that is supposed to connect up to OHSU at the southwest waterfront district? I drive by the tower they are constructing for it every day. It’s thin, angular, about 12 stories tall, and leaning backward. I can’t imagine what sort of tram is supposed to go from there. I keep having mental pictures of the now defunct Disneyland skyway, with its little 4-seat gondolas suspended on cables.

I guess what I would really like is if someone has an architectural diagram or artists rendition of the complete thing. I’m just having difficulty grasping what it is supposed to be like from what is there now.
